2. Personal data we process

When you fill in the contact form or write to us by email or WhatsApp, we process:

• Identity: first and last name
• Contact: email address, phone number
• Enquiry details: company name, the topic you chose and the content of your message
• Transaction security: IP address, browser information and time of submission (server logs)

3. Purposes

• Answering your enquiries, quote requests and questions
• Running business partnership and sales processes
• Communicating with you and keeping records of that communication
• Keeping information secure and preventing misuse of the form and unsolicited submissions
• Meeting our legal obligations

4. Legal grounds

We process your personal data on the following grounds under Article 5(2) of KVKK: it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (c), it is necessary to meet our legal obligations (ç), and it is necessary for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f). We do not rely on explicit consent.

5. How we collect data

Your data is collected electronically and automatically through the contact form on our website, or through email or WhatsApp when you write to us there.

6. Transfers

Your personal data is shared only for the purposes above and only as far as necessary with the providers of our email, hosting and IT services, and with competent public authorities when legally required. Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Türkiye; such transfers are made with the safeguards required by Article 9 of KVKK.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, your data is also processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

7. Retention

We keep your data for no more than 2 years after your enquiry has been concluded, subject to any longer periods required by law, and then delete, destroy or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may apply to us to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information about the processing,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred,
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• request deletion or destruction of data under the conditions of Article 7 of KVKK,
• request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties who received the data,
• object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

You can send requests about your rights in writing to the address above or by email, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Applications to the Data Controller. We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

10. Cookies

hssgrup.com does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and does not place any cookies that are not necessary for the site to work, so no cookie consent is requested. When you follow external links such as maps, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, the policies of those sites apply.
